Refund Eligibility

1. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the results of our pest control services, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the service date to request a refund and provide details of your concerns.
2. Service Not Rendered: If we fail to perform the agreed-upon pest control service for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@mosquito.guru within the specified timeframe. Provide your name, service date, and reason for the refund request.

Upon receiving your request, we will review the circumstances and evaluate eligibility for a refund. If approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 7 days.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services may not be eligible for refunds, including:

• Services that have been fully completed and provided as agreed
• Services where the results are affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., environmental conditions, customer actions)
• Services provided under a warranty or guarantee, which are subject to the terms of the warranty/guarantee

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
